Cancellation Policy
All appointments require a non-refundable deposit. Deposits can be transferred to another date if rescheduled with at least 12 hours’ notice. Rescheduling under 12 hours or no-showing will result in loss of deposit and a new one will be required to rebook. After two no-shows, future bookings will be declined. Make sure to reschedule not cancel because deposits are NON-REDUNDABLE.
